Highlights of the Meeting
Work Package Progress Presentations
Each work package team took the floor to present their advancements over the past year. The updates were rich with data, achievements, and insights, showcasing the expertise of every partner.
Co-Creation
A pivotal topic of discussion centered around our co-creation initiatives. By engaging directly with our stakeholders (e.g., communities, policymakers, end-user) we are ensuring that the outcomes of RECONNECTED are not only scientifically robust but also socially relevant and implementable.
Digital Platform Development
The digital support platform— the final aim of RECONNECTED project—was another focal point. Teams are hard at work on its design and functionality, ensuring it meets the needs of a diverse user base while remaining accessible and intuitive.
The Social Side: Exploring Porto
After a day of intensive discussions, the group enjoyed a social event that captured the essence of Porto’s rich cultural heritage. We toured a traditional port wine cellar, learning about the intricate process of crafting this world-famous beverage. The evening culminated in a fine dinner along the picturesque Douro River, where laughter, stories, and toasts underscored the strong bonds formed within the consortium.
Looking Ahead
As we look forward to the next phases of the RECONNECTED project, this meeting reaffirmed our shared commitment to its goals. The insights gained and connections strengthened during our time in Porto will undoubtedly propel us forward as we continue to innovate and collaborate.
